About Our Challenge
Team Push-up Brahz are taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We’re aiming for 138 per DAY for 24 days.. 3307 in total, to remember the number of lives lost to mental health in 2024.
Our Team have all been touched by mental health, either our own or others, and some of us have lost loved ones.
This is why we’ve chosen Lifeline to receive funds raised, so EVERY call is answered.
