About Our Challenge
The Project Search team and I, together, will be completing 3,307 push-ups in the month of June to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
It’s about more than fitness — it’s about starting conversations, breaking stigma, and reminding people they’re not alone. Every rep is a small step toward support, understanding, and hope.

Supporting Lifeline Queensland
Lifeline Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push‑Up Challenge, a chance to come together, get involved and make a real difference.
Every day, people across Queensland reach out to Lifeline in their hardest moments. By taking part in the Challenge, you are helping raise awareness of mental health and suicide, and supporting an organisation that is there for people 24/7, when it matters most.
Whether you are doing push‑ups, cheering others on or sharing the message, every action helps support the work of Lifeline Queensland and reminds people that help is always available and no one has to face things alone.
