About Our Challenge
Welcome to PeriGains One 💪
Where tickets are high, caffeine levels are higher, and somehow we’ve all agreed that voluntary physical pain sounded like a good idea.
This challenge is about teamwork, consistency, and proving that the people who spend all day fixing everyone else’s problems can also fix their own upper body strength.
To our:

TAMs – balancing client expectations, project meetings, and now the expectation of having functioning triceps.

Service Desk – answering tickets all day at the desk, now answering the call of upper body pain.

Service Delivery – out onsite carrying monitors, crawling under desks, and somehow still expected to do push-ups afterwards.
Remember:
Every rep counts.
Every sore arm is temporary.
Every skipped push-up will absolutely be noticed and judged accordingly.
Whether you’re smashing out sets between tickets, doing push-ups in server rooms, or negotiating with yourself to “start fresh tomorrow,” we’re all in this together.
