About the POSTMEN Fat Challenge
We're the POSTMEN, the Papas of St Mark's Engagement Network, a group of dads who get involved in events and activities organised by a volunteer committee, as a School Chapter of 'The Fathering Project'.
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We are raising funds for headspace, Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
2 in 5 young people in Australia experience a mental health issue each year, and sadly, suicide is still the leading cause of death in people aged between 12-25.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
