One More Push Forward
This June, we’re taking on The Push‑Up Challenge to raise funds and awareness for mental health across Australia.
It doesn’t matter how many push‑ups we can do. Some of us can do hundreds, some can do a few, and some can’t do any at all - and that’s exactly the point.
If you can push, you push. If you can’t, you show up in other ways. If you "can’t walk, you crawl", what matters is that we move forward together.
Our team will also have has members who are willing to match every push‑up done by others, so no matter your ability, we can still reach our goals as a team.
This challenge is about being our best version, supporting one another, and pushing for better mental health outcomes for men and women across our beautiful country.
