Team Move with Kris is all about showing up, not just for our workouts, but for a bigger purpose. This year, we’re taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for Headspace and the incredible work they do for youth mental health. For us, it's not just about how many push-ups we can do (although we do love a bit of a challenge!)—it’s about sparking conversations, breaking the stigma, and standing up for mental wellbeing, one rep at a time.
Most of us aren't elite athletes—we’re everyday legends who know that real strength comes from consistency, community, and caring. Whether we’re smashing out push-ups in the gym, at home, or between school runs and work calls, we’re doing it together. And we’re doing it with heart.
So if you see us sweating it out, know that it’s for something bigger. We’re moving for mental health—and we’d love your support.

Supporting headspace Strathpine
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
