Supporting headspace Ocean Grove
The headspace Ocean Grove team are passionate about working with young people across the Bellarine and are looking for new and engaging ways to support mental health and wellbeing. The site has seen an increase of over 500 occasions of service during the past financial year with many of those clients having never accessed headspace services before. Connecting with the outdoors and healthy eating are known to improve mental health and the Ocean Grove site has an opportunity to create a new outdoor garden therapy space and cooking program that could help young people connect food and mood.
