In June, Mordlialloc Roller Hockey Club is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace Elsternwick
headspace Elsternwick offers young people aged 12-25 access to free and low-cost mental health and wellbeing support in a welcoming and friendly environment. We have an onsite youth-friendly nurse for physical and sexual health needs, an alcohol and other drugs counsellor, and work and study support.
Donations made to headspace Elsternwick will help bring our youth-led community garden to life. This calm and quiet space will give young people a place to relax, recharge, and connect with others through fun activities and group gatherings.
