About Our Challenge
In June, Monarch Building Solutions is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health.
You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting Lifeline Canberra ACT
Lifeline Canberra is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Canberra and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.
Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Canberra to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Canberra and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
