About My Challenge
At Tweed Coast Vet, we’re trading our stethoscopes for sweatbands this month! We are thrilled to announce that we’ve officially entered two teams into this year’s Push-Up Challenge.
We’re putting our muscles to the test to raise vital funds for mental health. Whether we’re hitting the floor between consultations or smashing out sets in the breakroom, our goal is to shine a light on mental health awareness and support those who need it most.
Supporting Lifeline Northern NSW
Lifeline Northern NSW is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern NSW to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
