About Community
In June, Mango Hill SSC is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
This year's target is 3,307 push-ups. Individuals, teams, and communities complete daily goals to reach the target (or half). The Mango Hill and surrounding community are encouraged to support and donate to make a difference toward mental health. This year's donation target is $1451. Can we beat last year's donations of $1500?
Supporting headspace Redcliffe
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
