About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups and other exercises between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We're rallying together as a Miller House and School community to stand behind those affected by mental illness amongst us. By getting together to push up, squat, sit up or exercise at all everyday, we are learning the facts behind these figures and making checking in on each other a regular habit.
Let's push together to break the stigma around talking about mental health and to create real change for those affected by it in our community.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
