About Our Challenge
In June, Lake Illawarra High School will be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. This is our 4th consecutive year, which we have raised over $3000 in total so far since 2022. This year, we are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help LIHS push for better mental health.
Supporting Lifeline South Coast NSW
Lifeline South Coast is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
