In memory of Jacko ♥️
On June 11 2022 our world changed forever when a beautiful life was cut short in a horrific car crash. On Jackson's last day on earth he started his push ups in this challenge in memory of a mate who took his own life. He paused at 47 for that day to finish later. Later never came.
In honour of Jackson, this year as with the others we open our team to anyone needing a team and a place to remember. You don't need to have known Jack to join us. We are the team of many. We welcome you while you remember those close to you.
This team is not about raising money, it's about taking the time each day to remember what is important in life as it can be gone in an instant.
Thanks for being a part of our team again for 2025. Each year you join us, is a note to us that he has not been forgotten and for those of us that knew him, he was hard to forget. Nat & Geoff
Supporting Lifeline South Coast NSW
Lifeline South Coast is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
