H E L L O. My name is Serena Mei, and this June marks my 7th Push-Up Challenge and 5th year as Captain of "Hope Floats. Be Here Tomorrow."

Team Hope's mission is to raise awareness about suicide risk and to increase mental health understanding through connection and physical activity. It's a lot of fun, too!

Showing up for this cause is truly an honour and demonstration of living + loving through loss. It reflects a deep commitment to connecting, building and belonging to a global community, while strengthening the body, mind, and collective mental health literacy.

"We are all just walking each other home." Together, let's build a better cared-for world, towards (drastically) reducing preventable death of our loved ones-kin-humankind. Moving feels great, and we're stronger together.
