Health by design push up challenge
Health by Design is excited to launch this year’s Push Up Challenge across our workplaces and client sites!
We’ve created the “Health by Design Push Up Challenge” community where teams from different workplaces, quarries, depots and offices can compete, stay active and support mental health awareness together.
How to get involved:
✅ Workplaces can create their own site/team within the community
✅ Teams can compete against other sites while contributing to the overall community challenge
All fitness levels are welcome — push-ups, squats and sit-ups all count!
Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
