Over the course of the challenge, our team will be dropping, pushing, and questioning our life choices — all while raising funds and awareness for mental health.
We might not all look like elite athletes (yet), but we’re giving it everything we’ve got for a really important cause. Every push‑up represents our commitment to better mental health, and every donation helps support services that genuinely change lives.
This challenge is about more than sore arms and bragging rights — it’s about backing each other, starting conversations, and doing something positive together as a team.
