In 2023 suicide was the leading cause of death for 1 in 3 people aged 15–24.
No better reason to push yourself (puns, and more coming) than for Mental Health.
Soooo...
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
