This June, Gibson Footy Club is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
A football club is such an integral part of a rural community and plays a huge role in supporting the mental health of our farmers, businesses, families and kiddos!
We believe it is so important to keep shining light on the topic of mental wellness, to ensure people feel they can speak up and seek support when they’re struggling (and before!).

Supporting headspace Esperance
headspace Esperance is a safe place where you can come to have a yarn about any issues you might be experiencing. We provide early intervention services to young people aged 12 to 25. headspace Esperance are looking to create some epic events and workshops for the young people within the community. headspace Esperance aims to raise awareness about mental health and funds will go towards ensuring young people in our community are supported, educated and advocated for in their mental health journey.
