Chances are, you or someone among you has struggled with mental health at some point in their life. Our team is fund-raising for headspace, Australia's Youth Mental Health Foundation.
headspace is a non-profit organisation that provides free services to support many young Australians each year with a focus on early intervention. They can help young people with mental and physical health, alcohol and other drug services, and work/study support.
Raising money for this foundation is cool, but understanding that these services are available is even more important so give it a share.

Supporting headspace Cannington
headspace Cannington provides FREE and confidential mental health, alcohol and drug, physical health (including sexual health) and work and study support for young people 12 – 25. In addition to in-house services, our Community Engagement team provide a range of outreach services and programs: Workshops for young people aged 12 - 25 at schools, TAFE’s, universities and other organisations, Workshops for parents and carers of young people and teachers, Providing spaces and venues for events, programs and meetings, Access to volunteers, Cross promotion via social media platforms, Setting up Information Booths at events.
