About Our Challenge
For those of you familiar with me (Jenn), you'd be well aware of my general lack of effort in the health & fitness department.. In fact, I'm certain I've only ever set foot in a gym a total of 3 times in the last 10 years - once, just to show a friend the gym facilities at my apartment, and twice with my sister, on two separate family trips where she somehow managed to persuade me into joining her one morning (most likely when I began to feel like the total amount of food I had consumed on the trip up to that point began to outweigh my actual weight).
Considering the gargantuan effort this challenge is going to require of me, I've turned it into a bit of a Family Affair by teaming up with not only my darling sister, Elissa, but also my brand spanking new brother-in-law, Ben!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
