About Our Challenge
Down Bad, Up Worse is a highly questionable team of everyday legends attempting to turn shaky arms, poor form, and deep regret into something actually useful.
For the Push-Up Challenge 2026, we’ll be dropping to the floor daily in support of mental health, dignity, and the vague hope that our elbows survive the month.
Expect sweat. Expect complaining. Expect at least one of us to claim “that counted” when it absolutely did not.
