About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Dan, Jacob, Dean and myself have all dealt with the ups and downs of mental health, as I am sure almost everyone else has. I am of the belief that something this common should not have a stigma around talking about it.
Whilst mental health conversations have come far, they are still bloody hard to talk about. No matter who you are, or who you are talking to it is a more difficult task than anything. Us combined, doing a few thousand pushups together is really a piece of cake in comparison.

Supporting Lifeline Narrm VIC
Lifeline Narrm is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Narrm and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.
Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Narrm to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Melbourne and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
