About The Cool Bananas Challenge
Mental health effects everyone at some point in life. Last year 65% of young Australians reported high levels of psychological distress, while 298 young people aged 18 to 24 took their own lives.
This June from the 3-26th, The Cool Bananas are taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise funds and awareness for those struggling with mental health.

Supporting headspace Rockhampton
At headspace Rockhampton, we provide free, confidential support for young people aged 12-25, including mental health services, work and study support, drug and alcohol counselling, access to dental health check ups and a Nurse Practitioner, as well as a variety of community awareness and education programs.
By donating or joining our team, you’ll help us grow our centre and expand our programs to support more young people in our community.
