About Our Challenge
Hey team,
We’re kicking off the Push-Up Challenge 2026 and encouraging everyone at AMOSC to get involved 💪 From 3–26 June, we’ll be smashing out push-ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
It’s all about fun competition, team spirit, and moving more during the day.
Any level counts — full push-ups, modified versions, or just giving it a go.
