About Our Challenge
This June, CSUFC is taking on The Push-Up Challenge 💛
We’ll be smashing out a heap of push-ups from 3–26 June to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
You can support us by donating to our fundraising page (it’s tax deductible!) or by joining the team and getting around it with us.
Every dollar goes towards better mental health support across Australia — let’s #pushforbetter together 🫶
Supporting headspace Bathurst
Since 2008, headspace Bathurst has been supporting young people in the Bathurst community through a variety of means, such as general early intervention mental health support, outreach at local schools and community hubs and community events. As one of the original 30 headspace centres in the country to open, headspace Bathurst has a storied history of helping young people aged 12-25 build strong mental resilience and mental health literacy, and any donations will help enrich our multifaceted service delivery in-centre.
