About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Young people aged 12 to 25, as well as their family and friends, can visit headspace Beaudesert for support. headspace provides free, confidential health services to young people with key focus areas of mental health, alcohol and other drugs, as well as education and employment support.
