A few Rotarians from different Rotary Clubs in the Blue Mountains have banded together to participate in some exercises and movement activities as well as raise funds for headspace in Katoomba.
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups or other exercises between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health. All our funds raised will go to headspace in Katoomba, who deliver a range of mental health programs for young people in the Blue Mountains.

We are also a bunch of Rotarians, mostly in the older category, who see the benefit of exercise and movement and encourage others in the community to join in and/or make a donation.
Supporting headspace Katoomba
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
