Welcome to the 2026 Push‑Up Challenge!
Well… we’re doing it all over again for the second time — woohoo!
Our goal is to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This challenge isn’t just about the physical push‑ups. It’s about pushing through when times get tough and recognising how important strong support networks are — in our workplaces, our communities, and across Australia.
A fun highlight from last year: our team actually won our work community challenge, which was such a great reminder of what we can achieve together. So of course, I’ve set up the team again.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes by supporting vital services and initiatives.
