About Our Challenge
Calling the Australian Aerobic Gymnastics Community!
We're excited to invite athletes, coaches, judges, parents, officials, and supporters from across Australia to join us in this year's Push-Up Challenge.
This challenge is about more than fitness - it's about raising awareness for mental health, supporting a fantastic cause, and coming together as one aerobic gymnastics family.
No matter your age, ability, or role in our sport, everyone can get involved. Join individually, with your club, or encourage your friends and family to participate as well.
Let's get behind this amazing initiative and show what our community can achieve when we work together.
