This June, we’re getting a team together ‘Bowie’s Mates’ and taking on The Push-Up Challenge (3–26 June) - raising awareness and a bit of support for mental health along the way.
It’s honestly easier than you think. You can go at your own pace, swap push-ups for other movements, or even join Bowie for a downward dog 🐶 — all abilities welcome here.
And if fundraising isn’t your thing, please don’t let that stop you. If you know me, you already give so much - love, energy, warmth and magic. Just set your fundraising goal at $1 and just be part of it.
This isn’t about perfection or pushing through, it’s about showing up, having a laugh, and being part of something.
