Anytime Fitness Ramsgate is teaming up to take on The Push-Up Challenge!
Our community is completing 3,307 push-ups over 24 days to shine a spotlight on mental health and raise vital funds for mental health services in Australia.
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we are putting our muscles to work to break the stigma. You can show your support for the Anytime Fitness Ramsgate crew by making a tax-deductible donation directly to our page. Every single dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes across the country by funding much-needed support initiatives.

Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year's Push-Up Challenge. Our centre serves a vast area, covering all of Sydney south of the Harbour Bridge, extending to Strathfield, the Eastern suburbs and encompassing the entire Sutherland Shire. Now, more than ever, our community needs your support!
Take on the challenge and help us make this our most successful Push-Up Challenge yet! Your participation and the funds you raise will enable Lifeline to continue providing essential crisis support and suicide prevention services. Together, we can answer more calls for help and ensure that anyone in Australia will not face their darkest moments alone.
