About Our Challenge
We are excited to share that AXIS Employment Bendigo will be joining the push-up challenge in support of mental health, and we are thrilled to team up with Headspace in this important initiative. As organisations committed to promoting mental well-being, we believe this collaboration will not only raise awareness but also foster a sense of community among participants.
By encouraging our teams to engage in this challenge, we aim to highlight the significance of physical activity as a crucial component of mental health. Push-ups may seem simple, but they symbolise the strength and resilience we can build together. We look forward to collaborating with Headspace to support our employees and the broader community in prioritizing mental wellness.

Supporting headspace Bendigo
headspace Bendigo supports young people aged 12-25 in our community. Young people can access mental health support, work and study services and GPs to support you with your mental health and physical health. Donations made to headspace Bendigo will help us reach even more young people in our area and support young people to access our social prescription program.
