Team 7F: Pushing for Better Mental Health
Team 7F has officially stepped up to the plate for The Push-Up Challenge 2026. Over the next 24 days, our crew will be hitting the deck to complete a collective total of 3,307 push-ups. This isn’t just a random number; it’s a powerful tribute to the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024. We are pushing to honor their memory and to ensure that those struggling today have the support they need to keep moving forward.
The road to 3,307 reps won’t be easy. It requires discipline, daily commitment, and a lot of sore triceps. But the physical grind we face is nothing compared to the daily mental health battles many Australians face in silence. By participating as 7F, we are using fitness as a bridge to start vital conversations, break the stigma surrounding mental ill-health, and foster a culture where it’s okay to say you’re not okay.
We aren’t just doing this for the workout—we are doing it for the impact. Every dollar raised by Team 7F goes directly toward funding essential mental health services and initiatives across the country. These funds help provide:
- Early intervention programs for young people.
- 24/7 crisis support for those in immediate need.
- Community resources to help Australians look out for one another.
