About our 4 Wing AAFC Community
In June, 4 Wing Australian Air Force Cadet squadrons are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, as part of our annual CRG initiative.
We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health.
4 Wing cadets or staff members can join a Squadron team within this Community, to take part in our annual challenge
Help us all work as a Wing community to push for better mental health.

The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
