We are doing the push-up challenge to support initiatives that raise awareness and encourage conversations around mental health. It's a small way to help promote support, connection, and the importance of looking after both physical and mental wellbeing. We also hope the side effects will be to improve our strength and fitness, along with our mental fortitude. It's also a great opportunity to bond as a team and have a bit of fun!
