About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups, sit ups, squats or similar between 3-26 June to create greater awareness and reduce negative stigma associated with mental ill health.

Supporting headspace Griffith
headspace Griffith provides access to mental health support, for young people aged 12- 25 and their families to access services such as education, training & employment support, alcohol & drug support, general health, wellbeing and mental health support along with creative spaces as well as a GP— all under one roof. Donations to headspace Griffith help us expand our reach, ensuring more young people in the area know we're here to support them.
