Mental Health Awareness - Interhouse Competition
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3 and 26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We are excited to announce that the push-up challenge has officially started on Wednesday, the third. We want to come together as a college, participate, and see how many push-ups we can do!
The challenge encourages participants to improve their physical fitness while also raising awareness and support for mental health. It is not about how many push-ups you can do, but doing as many as you possibly can until you reach your own personal limit! Throughout the challenge, students will work to complete their push-up targets while simultaneously earning points for their house! At the end of the competition, those who believe they have done the most push-ups will need to show proof or a record of x push-ups and will receive a reward from your Sports Captains! Just remember that by even just participating and reaching your daily goals, you can work toward earning points for your house, and every single point counts, especially with the scoreboard being extremely close!
