The 13th Free Company does 13,000 reps!
As if punishing other warbands on the battlefield wasn't enough, this June members of The 13th Free Company are punishing their arms and pecks by taking on The Push-Up Challenge. They will be completing over 13,000 push-ups (and other rep-based exercises) between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health. Ooft.

Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
