About Our Challenge
This June, Diamond Class Pole and Fitness Hobart is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Our sparkly studio has always had a passion for helping increase overall mental and physical health for all its members. Many say attending Diamond Classes is a natural anti depressant for them and their happy, safe place. This pushup challenge aligns so well with our 'strong body/strong mind' vision and can't wait to get into it!

Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
