About Our Challenge
This June, our pharmacy team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, completing thousands of push-ups between 3–26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Through our work, we see firsthand how mental health affects individuals, families, and our wider community. This challenge is our way of turning that awareness into action and supporting better outcomes for those who need it most.

Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress – impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services – including phone, text, and chat – ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2026, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
