Hey guys,
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025.
During this time we will all be learning facts about what can affect our mental health and what we can do to help ourselves or someone that we know.
For anyone who wishes to donate, feel free - but it not expected nor required.
