Pushing onwards

This is my 5th time doing the Push Up Challenge. Each time I’ve completed the 3,000-odd push-ups (the number of Australians who die by suicide each year), I am struck by the importance of maintaining mental health in myself and others.

TLDR pls donate if you can!

I’m taking this opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

(As a student with minimal funds myself, I understand if you can’t donate)

Supporting Lifeline Albury Wodonga NSW

Lifeline Albury Wodonga is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
