About My Challenge
I'm completing 1,607 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I also did this challenge last year but more to challenge myself than to raise money.
I have chosen this year to also try and raise money in the Push up Challenge, after the sad loss of my Dad.
Whilst this loss wasn't due to mental health, I know that his illness affected his mental wellbeing once he was diagnosed. It also had a great mental impact on all those close to him and supporting him throughout.
Many people are facing mental health challenges to a certain degree in life no matter what their story is.
Please show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
If you would also like to challenge yourself to push for better, you can join my team.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Dedicated to: Dad
Supporting Lifeline Melbourne VIC

Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
Every push-up powers a life-saving conversation.
