From June 4–26, our students and staff are taking on 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.
Each push-up represents a life lost to suicide in Australia in 2023. We’re not just pushing for fitness—we’re pushing for connection, support, and meaningful conversations. 🧠💙
Whether it’s 3,214 push-ups, sit-ups, squats—or simply encouraging others—we’re showing that mental health matters and that no one has to struggle alone.
