About Our Challenge
This June, the Oliphant Tigers Teaching Team at Henley High School is taking on The Push-Up Challenge – completing thousands of push-ups between 4–26 June, 2025 to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Together, we're pushing for better mental health outcomes – one rep at a time.

Supporting headspace Port Adelaide
At headspace Port Adelaide we’re here for you. We provide free and confidential support where young people aged between 12 and 25 can access qualified youth mental health professionals.
Donations made to headspace Port Adelaide will help us enhance our service accessibility and ensure our centre is a safe, warm and welcoming place for all young people.
