We are excited to do this challenge with our closest friends/family and are looking forward to being able to help spread the awareness on this important topic, it's all about starting a conversation.

This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.

Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

Soo Proud of you Tamara very thoughtful to do this in awareness and care of others. Yes everyone struggles in different ways and to d different depths. It’s so good that you motivated yourself by improving your heath and represent such a worthy cause for people struggling. I think the biggest way to help is to show you care and you have So well done. Same to Vaughn and all those that supported you and did push ups with you by your side.
