About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We all have been in a bad place in our lives or are in one, it’s so important to shred light on this! Many men young and old don’t feel like they belong or feel like they can talk about it! You can and that’s why we’ve decided to do this challenge! It’s heart wrenching to know so many have taken their lives over the year! We’re doing this challenge to raise awareness for not just men but for women and anyone else whose lives are so important and are cherish by friends and family and work colleagues! Please join us on this challenge! It’s a great movement to get around! It doesn’t matter if you don’t get all the push ups in, what matters is the action and the awareness to a broad audience of people from all walks of life, you matter! We all matter, never feel your alone! This is to support the ongoing help of those who need it! We can all do better! No donation to small or to big! ❤️
