About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
At Subiaco JFC, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether on or off the field, we all face challenges—and no one should face them alone. By supporting mental health, we're building a stronger, more connected club where every player, coach, and supporter feels seen, supported, and empowered. Because true strength comes from looking out for each other.

Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
