About Community
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise funds and awareness for mental health. From June 4–26, 2025, we'll be completing a heap of push-ups to support headspace, Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Headspace provides vital early intervention services to young people aged 12–25, helping them navigate mental health challenges, access support, and build resilience.
This initiative is especially important as it honours the 3,214 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023. By participating, you're helping to fund crucial mental health services and raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being.

Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
